Staffordshire Hockey Association (SHA) Privacy Statement

SHA is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit public pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. However, the SHA does need some information about you to enable the group to contact you about training, assessment and feedback, and this privacy statement explains data collection and use in those situations.

SHA collects the following classes of personal information to help with the administration of its associated Single System activity:

  • Personal contact information.
  • Details of training attended, matches played and match fees paid.

SHA also requests two classes of information on a purely voluntary basis:

  • Basic demographic information (to help us ensure that all Regions within the County have been provided the same opportunities.
  • Ethinicity and details of any disabilities (to enable us to monitor our support of Sport England's policies on equality and fairness in sport).

We hold and use this information solely for the purposes of the Association and Centres' administration. We will not pass this information to anyone outside the Association or Centres without your express permission.

In association with this website, all information is held in a secure, password-protected database. Your access to this information is controlled via a username and password (which is encryted).

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current.

Security of your Personal Information

SHA is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.

Use of Cookies
